Randy Sr. has been an auctioneering professional for over 38 years. Winning the NYS Auctioneer Championship in 1994 and has served several years on the NYS Auctioneers Assn. Board of Directors and is now Chairman having served as the 2022 president of the association.
As a real estate broker since 1987, he chooses to mainly sell by auction marketing. Randy is a Certified Auctioneer Institute graduate receiving the CAI designation after completing the 3yr. course at Indiana University. Only 2% of auctioneers have attained this designation given thru the National Auctioneers Association. He has also completed the Certified Estate Specialist course and Appraisal Specialist course as well as numerous continuing education and industry specific seminars.
He has conducted and called auctions in 8 states and been lead auctioneer for several regional and national auction companies besides weekly auctioneer duties at several wholesale automobile auctions and monthly machinery auctions. He maintains multiple licenses and bonds in NY, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Randy is a past director of the Alden Chamber of Commerce and a past president & life-member of the Alden Historical Society. A life-long resident of Alden with his wife Barb, they have 5 children & 2 grandchildren and are active members of their church & community.

Randy grew up in the auction business and knows it inside-out. A graduate of Houghton College with major in business and marketing, he has the education and background to assist clients and customers daily. Additionally, he is a NY Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Randy is married with 2 children and active in church and community as a NYS EMT with Alden Fire Dept.
